Patchwork and Chiropractic treatments in the parish.

Kate and Gerry Power have slipped right into the local scene by offering patchwork classes and Chiropractic treatments within the Motupe/Montenegro parish. By the use of common Spanish phrases, the Spanish/English dictionary and multiple hand signs they are both coping extremely well and already achieving great results. They have been totally accepted by everyone and the people are so grateful for anything you are able to do for them.
Clare and Kate have set themselves up in the belltower of the Motupe church! This is the normal meeting place for this talented group of sewers. Just take a note of the two sewing machines, have a look at age of the one on the right. The quality of work they produce under these circumstances is extraordinary.

Irma, a Columban Lay Missionary, and Teresa, the Parish Nurse, prove to be very efficient receptionists!

Gerry and Teresa welcome the next patient before heading into the treatment room.

Teresa organises another appointment with Oscar while Marion escorts his wife on a short relaxing stroll in the parish courtyard.
